Is your New Jersey warehouses open to the public?

Unfortunately, our warehouse is not open to the public.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping with a minimum purchase of $100.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will be notified via email or text (depending on what you selected when you placed your order) with your tracking number.

How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping costs will depend on the weight of your items and your location.

Will I have to pay taxes or fees if I live outside the US. ?
For all orders shipping to NY state sales tax will be applied at the time of checkout. For all international orders, you are subject to additional Import/Duty Fees and/or VAT or other local taxes that are not reflected in the order. Any such additional fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the time of delivery. 

I placed an order, but ordered the incorrect item, can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation. It may not be possible to change or cancel an order that has already been processed and shipped. In this case we would have to process your order as a return. Due to items going out of stock risk the only way to guarantee that you will receive your desired item is to place a new order for the item you want and send back the incorrect item back.

I placed an order, but the item doesn't fit, can I return my item?

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please make sure the item is not damaged or stained prior to returning it.

My dog has chewed the item and now the item is damaged. Can you replace the item?

Please ensure that you do not leave your dog unattended with any items that they may be able to damage. Unfortunately we cannot be liable for any injuries that occur during the use or misuse of our products nor replace your item.
